The Wrestler of the Week is awarded to one wrestler per Lancaster-Lebanon League Section per week.  Wrestlers are nominated by section coaches and selected based on notable accomplishments in dual and tournament competition.

At the conclusion of each season, the Lancaster-Lebanon League designates All-Star team rosters from each league Section which include a first team, second team and honorable mention list.  The list is strictly compiled from section results with tie breakers being head to heads at the League Championships.
